1. Introduction

2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or have parental/guardian consent.
- You must provide accurate and complete information when signing up and applying for courses.
3. How Our Cashback Offer Works
- Students must apply for a course via Study Dealer, either through our website or by contacting our agents.
- Once accepted into a university or English language school, students must pay their tuition fees directly to the institution.
- After successful enrollment and completion of the institution’s payment verification, Study Dealer will process the cashback.
- Cashback is typically between 5-10% of the tuition fee, depending on the agreement with the institution.
- Payments are made within 90 days of Study Dealer receiving confirmation that the student has fully paid their tuition fees.
- Cashback is transferred via bank transfer or PayPal, with all transfer fees deducted from the cashback amount.
4. Conditions for Receiving Cashback
- The student must not cancel their enrollment or withdraw from the course before the institution’s refund policy period ends.
- If the institution refunds tuition fees to the student, they will no longer be eligible for cashback.
- Cashback is only available for students who apply through Study Dealer; direct applications to institutions do not qualify.
- The cashback percentage may vary and is subject to Study Dealer’s agreement with individual institutions.
- If the institution or student provides false information, Study Dealer reserves the right to withhold cashback.
5. Referral Program
- Students may refer friends and family to Study Dealer to earn additional cashback.
- The referred student must complete their enrollment and payment for the referrer to qualify.
- Referral bonuses will be added to the referrer’s cashback payment.
- Study Dealer reserves the right to modify or cancel the referral program at any time.
6. Exclusions & Limitations
- Cashback is not applicable to short-term courses (less than 4 weeks), accommodation, or additional services offered by institutions.
- Some institutions may be excluded from the cashback offer; these will be listed on the website.
- If Study Dealer ceases operations, pending cashback payments will be subject to company policies and available funds.
- If the student’s payment is made via a third-party sponsor or employer, cashback eligibility will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
7. Liability
Under applicable data protection laws, you have the following rights:
- Study Dealer acts as a facilitator and is not responsible for the institutions’ policies, course quality, or visa rejections.
- We are not liable for any delays caused by institutions or financial institutions when processing cashback payments.
- Study Dealer reserves the right to refuse cashback in cases of suspected fraud, misrepresentation, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
8. Modifications to These Terms
- Study Dealer reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
- Any updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of The United Kingdom.
- Any disputes must be resolved through arbitration in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire.
